Terms & Conditions
1. Prices and Taxes All prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on availability, season, and other factors. Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges are calculated at the time of booking and are subject to adjustment based on changes in government regulations or other unforeseen circumstances. Guests agree to pay any additional amounts that may be due as a result of such changes.
2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out Full payment is required at the time of booking. Workforce Suites does not accept partial payments or deferred payment arrangements. Payment methods include valid credit cards, debit cards, or other approved electronic payment methods. Guests are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to process transactions. No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. By agreeing to these terms, guests waive the right to initiate a chargeback and agree to resolve any payment disputes directly with Workforce Suites. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the payment method is required at check-in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
3. Traveling with Minors Minors (under 18 years of age) are not permitted at Workforce Suites. Reservations made with the intent to house minors will be canceled without refund.
4. Accessibility or Special Needs Workforce Suites strives to provide reasonable accommodations for guests with special needs or disabilities. Guests requiring such accommodations must notify Workforce Suites at the time of booking. Requests are subject to availability and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Parking Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to registered guests only. Workforce Suites assumes no liability for damage to or theft of vehicles or their contents. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
6. Hotel Events Workforce Suites reserves the right to host events and activities on its premises, which may cause noise or other minor inconveniences to guests. No compensation will be provided for disturbances resulting from such events. Guests are prohibited from hosting unauthorized events in their rooms or common areas.
7. Dispute Resolution/Issues All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Guests agree to waive their right to participate in class actions or collective disputes. Arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction nearest to Workforce Suites' principal office and will be conducted in English. Workforce Suites’ liability is limited to the total amount paid by the guest for the reservation.
8. Use of Personal Information Guests consent to the collection, use, and storage of personal information for the purposes of processing reservations, providing services, and complying with legal obligations. Workforce Suites will not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide services.
9. Liability Workforce Suites is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property occurring on its premises, except as caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings and complying with all safety instructions provided by Workforce Suites.
10. Force Majeure Workforce Suites is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, or utility outages.
11. Third Party Rights These terms do not confer any rights or benefits to third parties. Only the parties to the reservation agreement (the guest and Workforce Suites) have rights or obligations under these terms.
12. Waiver Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of Workforce Suites’ rights. Any waiver must be explicitly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Workforce Suites.
13. Severance If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. By booking a reservation at Workforce Suites, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions. Workforce Suites reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the guest’s responsibility to review the most current terms prior to booking.
